This year, Pride Month is set to be more epic than ever before in Bayou City thanks to two separate celebrations in June. Houston’sNew Faces of Pride and Pride Houston 365 are the organizations hosting Pride festivities with plenty of activities and fun for the entire community and allies to look forward to.

With promises to “present Pride like never before” Houston’s New Faces of Pride is looking forward to their inaugural celebrations. Featuring indoor and outdoor activities, the celebration will take over Fish Plaza at Wortham Theater Center. The parade will smash off at 7:30 p.m. on Bagby St. at outbound Allen Parkway, and stretch 15 blocks downtown for all to reach out and enjoy once the sun begins to set.

This year marks the 46th annual parade and festival for Pride Houston 365. Embracing the theme of "You Won't Interruption Our Pride,” the corporation is slated to host their festival and pride downtown, along with other events to enjoy, this June.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Lgbtq+ fest Houston 365 added another chapter to its legacy with the 47th annual parade in downtown Houston. The celebration is known to draw thousands all in the name of identifying love and unity, and this year was no different. The organization said that while it's still finalizing numbers, early estimates set attendance at over 200,000 people. On Saturday, the procession once again started close City Hall and moved through the area with a colorful display of floats, performers, and collective groups. ABC13, the official media partner of Pride Houston 365, also joined the festivities with a contingent of walkers along the route. Considered one of the largest Pride events in the South, the celebration is far from the only way the LGBTQIA+ community and allies celebrate. Events surrounding the parade usually include a festival, which focuses on providing group resources, plus a fashion show and reception. This year, nine grand marshals were called to lead the charge as Pride Houston continued its mission of celebrating strength, resilience, diversity and freedoms Join us for the premier Movement Festival and Parade in Houston! .

The Official 47th Annual Houston Pride Celebration® Festival + Parade is produced by Pride Houston® and will take place on Saturday, June 28, 2025 in Downtown Houston at City Hall.
