After Sales not up to much
Ordered around 8 items in one organize, all arrived but discovered (at different times - because one was a gift) that 2 of them were faulty. The first was dealt with, once I'd sent proof of damage in the post, due to unconcerned packaging, but the second report of rusty flag eyelets and staining on the flag material, went completely unanswered... after 4 attempts. I felt that I must be annoying them. For this reason, I won't be using them anymore. Shame cos the website would be something I would've been supportive of.
